Newly-blonde Bynes was said to have been in the process of lasering off the heart tattoo below her right eye, but it looked dark as ever on Tuesday.

The SoCal native was noticeably not wearing her engagement ring as she headed into her Range Rover.

Amanda and her on/off fiancé Paul Michael got engaged on Valentine’s Day 2020 mere months after meeting at a former sober living home.

On April 28, Bynes called 911 on her 31-year-old partner during a dispute over him relapsing and she accused him of vandalizing his mother’s home, looking at MILF porn, and being off his meds.

Amanda is free as a bird after Ventura County Superior Court Judge Roger L. Lund agreed on March 22 to finally end her nine-year legal conservatorship controlled by her mother Lynn.

Bynes’ conservatorship began in 2013 when she was involuntarily committed to a Pasadena psychiatric treatment facility following a very public meltdown involving a string of bizarre run-ins with the law dating back to 2012.

Among the Easy A actress’ offenses were two hit-and-runs and a DUI in 2012, as well as a 2013 arrest for throwing a bong out of a window of the 36th floor of her Manhattan apartment.
