Comedians Dave Hughes and Ed Kavalee enjoyed a night at the basketball on Wednesday night.
The pair, who co-host 2Day FM’s breakfast slot alongside presenter Erin Molan, laughed and gasped courtside as they watched the Sydney Kings take on the Tasmania JackJumpers at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney.
Dave, 51, roared and pumped his fist as he watched the Sydney Kings win their first NBL championship, beating the Tasmania JackJumpers 97-88.

Dave was dressed casually in a blue, black and white check flannelette shirt.

The radio duo’s date courtside comes after Dave’s recent dig at Ed’s Men’s Health cover.

The 51-year-old comedian recreated Ed’s headline-grabbing cover shoot on his Instagram.
Ed’s original pose showed off his buff physique.
Striking an identical pose to his radio co-host, Dave spoofed Ed’s shoot for the fictional ‘Hughesy Health’.
Dynamic duo: Dave and Ed share a joke
‘The @hughesyedanderin team are the wind beneath my wings. P.S. felafel also plays a role,’ he captioned the post.
A clearly amused Ed, 42, shared Dave’s version on his own Instagram, and wrote: ‘Fifty and thriving @dhughesy’.
In addition to recreating Ed’s cover photo, Dave also tweaked the headline, with the original reading: ‘Laugh Yourself Buff with Ed Kavalee’.

Dave’s version read, ‘No Teeth, No Problem with Dave Hughes’, while other coverlines included, ‘Vegan treats the whole family will hate’.
Meanwhile, their breakfast radio show, Hughesy, Ed & Erin, is already capitalising on Ed’s newly unveiled fit physique.
The 2Day FM radio show has already created adverts reading: ‘Sydney’s sexiest radio show? Hughesy, Abs & Erin’. The advert features a shirtless Ed lifting a weight high above his head as he stands alongside his fully clothed co-hosts, including Erin Molan.
