Byron Baes: Leaked figures show how much the influencers REALLY earn

How much Byron Baes ‘influencers’ REALLY earn: Leaked figures show the eye-watering amount brands pay the cast for sponsored posts – while some are offered next to nothing

Netflix’s controversial reality show Byron Baes follows the lives of 14 ‘influencers’ with a passion for crystals, meditation and all round ‘zen vibes’.

And while there’s undoubtedly a lot of money to be made from sponsored Instagram posts, researchers at WeThrift have now estimated just how much each cast member could earn from brands – with some raking in far more than others.

The top of the pile is Jade Kevin Foster, who has over 1.2million followers on Instagram and is estimated to be able to command around $4,400 per post.

Meanwhile, Saskia Wotton’s boyfriend Dave Frim is at the bottom of the list – with his 4,000 followers meaning he only takes home a measly $81 per post.

Second highest ranking is former Love Island star Elias Chigros at around $805 a post, while Bachelorette hunk Nathan Favro could earn a modest $375 per ad.

The show’s main protagonist Sarah Tangye – who goes by the stage name Sarah St James – is next on the list at $328 per post, while Jessica-Johansen Bell is estimated to make the same amount.

Alex recently insisted he never joined the show to become a famous influencer himself.

‘I run a business and I’ve got other distractions… For me I didn’t go on this show to become an influencer,’ he told the Reality Life with Kate Casey podcast.

I didn’t come on the show to build up an audience and sell products,’ he continued.

‘I came on the show to talk about influencers and to shine a spotlight on what I think is important in the influencer space.’

The Gold Coast native, who moved to Byron Bay during the Covid-19 pandemic, also revealed he had little knowledge of his co-stars when he joined the show.

‘I knew of Elias [Chigros], Nathan [Favro] and I knew of Jade [Kevin Foster]… and that’s it,’ he said.
