At Westminster Magistrates Court, Mr Chew pleaded guilty to intentional harrassment causing alarm or distress, and obstructing a police officer, according to Sky News.
Footage that emerged last summer shows two men asking Sir Chris for a selfie.
When he declined, they continued to pursue him through the park.
The prosecution argued that the charge of obstructing a police officer came after Mr Chew gave the wrong name and address when questioned by police, instead giving the name of his brother and an old address.
