Donald Trump’s YouTube ban could be LIFTED if ‘violence’ threat eases

The YouTube CEO added the platform is watching government advice and warnings own whether reinstating Mr Trump is safe.

Ms Wojcicki, after being asked whether “not all strikes are created equal”, said YouTube is observing the situation.

She added: “We certainly would look at increased law enforcement around the country. We also would look at any kind of violent rhetoric that we’re seeing on our platform (…)

“Where we stand today, it’s hard for me to say when that’s going to be.

“But it’s pretty clear right now where we stand. But there still is that elevated risk of violence.”
