Dua Lipa shows off her yoga prowess as she performs a headstand in a sports bra and leggings

She recently kicked off her world tour.

And Dua Lipa proved she’s in superstar shape as she took to Instagram on Thursday to show off her yoga prowess.

Rocking a black sports bra and matching leggings, the 26-year-old singer performed a headstand atop a mat.

After maintaining it for several seconds, she carefully fell out of the headstand.

The impressive footage was taken during a morning session with her personal trainer Annie Moves. 

‘finally getting stronger again’ captioned Dua, who was surrounded by countless weights and pieces of workout equipment in the Instagram Story clip.

Hours later, the Levitating songstress returned to the platform to show off her ultra stylish outfit for the night.

She flashed her toned tummy in a black bra top layered under a partially buttoned longline cardigan. 

The Grammy Award-winner completed the fashion-forward ensemble with a pair of jeans, a black belt with a gold buckle, and a dainty gold necklace.

Her long brunette hair was tied up in a ponytail and she altered her face with a blurring filter that also gave her devil horns. 

Dua kicked off her long-awaited Future Nostalgia Tour in Miami, Florida on February 9. 

She was joined by supporting acts Lolo Zouaï and Caroline Polachek.

The tour is in support of her second studio album Future Nostalgia.

In March 2021, Future Nostalgia won the Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Album and its lead single Don’t Start Now attained critical success.

It earned Grammy noms for Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance.

Dua originally announced her Future Nostalgia Tour in December 2019, but it was postponed several times due to the pandemic.

The tour is set to conclude in November in Perth, Australia, and is being produced by Ceremony London, promoted by Live Nation and sponsored by Truly Hard Seltzer.

Aside from Polachek and Zouaï, the tour will also feature Megan Thee Stallion, Griff, Tove Lo, and Angèle as supporting acts.
