Holly Willoughby soaks up in the sun in a stylish black swimsuit in throwback snaps

Holly Willoughby gave fans another glimpse into her summer holidays as she continued to share snaps to her Wylde Moon blog.

The presenter, 41, looked incredible recently in a stylish black swimsuit as she continued to enjoy her break from This Morning.

Soaking up the sun onboard a luxurious yacht, the blonde beauty took in the gorgeous views as she showcased her gorgeous figure in the scallop trimmed one piece.

Holly opted for a simple pallet of make-up as she swept her blonde locks from her beautiful face and wore shades atop her head.

The blog post coincided with the release of the August edition of her lifestyle brand designed to encourage her fans to ‘take a step back and focus our burning desires.’

She captioned a series of snaps: ‘The August Moonboard captures blissful moments from my summer with the family and inspiration I’ve found along the way.’

Holly added on her blog: ‘August is a time for a calm; to replenish our internal energy stores, relax and recharge. To that end, we give you The Bliss Edition.

‘To experience bliss will mean something different to everyone. For me it is very simple. It means slowing down… almost to a complete stop; it’s uninterrupted time spent with my family; it’s cooking our favourite meal; it’s having the headspace to be transported by a good book; it’s a guilt-free lie in mid-week!

‘Wherever you are this summer, enjoy each other as much as time will allow and charge up your batteries in the sunshine.’

She went on to credit Vitamin D for the transformation, writing: ‘All this Vit D’s making my hair grow.’

Holly’s latest post came after it was revealed she was offered a big-money deal by the BBC to host its new version of the iconic show Gladiators.

The This Morning host was approached for the role previously filled by Ulrika Jonsson, as part of the Beeb’s plan to make her its golden girl.

Sources said the show, which will be broadcast on Saturday nights and is being made by Hungry Bear, the production company run by Holly’s husband Dan Baldwin, will cost the BBC ‘a substantial amount of money’ and that it needs a big-name host because failing to pull in viewers is not an option.

One told The Mail on Sunday: ‘This is the perfect scenario for the BBC. They have managed to get one of ITV’s most nostalgic programmes and there is a slot for Holly to front a massive show for them.

‘The bosses at the BBC want Holly to be theirs outright. Gladiators is a Saturday night programme which will reach across generations. It might just be the answer to their lack of big entertainment shows.

‘It is the BBC’s dream to have Holly hosting a big Saturday night show. Her husband is making it, so they are praying they can pull it off. All the signs are there and it looks like it will go ahead.’

Gladiators attracted up to 14 million viewers when it was screened by ITV between 1992 and 2000.

It will return on the BBC as part of its bid to boost its entertainment schedule following years of struggling to repeat the successes of family shows such as The Generation Game.
