Former AFL star Callan Ward and his wife Ruby have snapped up an incredible 1920s Palm Springs-inspired home in Bondi.

The couple purchased the stunning property for $4.6million, just five months after selling their long-held Randwick home.

The Ward’s new family home features four bedrooms and has a spacious open plan living area, reports Realestate.com.au.

The property also has hydronic heated floors, mosaic tiled bathrooms and a steel stairway.

It features low maintenance gardens as well as a private entertaining space with infra-red sauna and a shower.

The previous owners had bought the home for $2,175,000 in 2019.

The purchase comes after Callan sold his Randwick property for $3.6million in December.

He had bought the home 10 years ago for $1.51 million.

Callan renovated the 405 sqm block property, adding a gas heated pool to the outdoor space.

He currently still owns a two-bedroom Bronte apartment, which cost $1,606,000 in 2017 and a Bondi apartment.

Callan married his long-time girlfriend Ruby at an Elizabeth Bay waterfront mansion, in 2019.

In 2020, they welcomed their first child Romeo and are currently expecting their second child together.
