The Project host and her longtime spouse checked into Eden Health Retreat, which costs up to $11,375-a-week.

The news presenter has been documenting her trip via Instagram with her 367,000 followers.

On Sunday, Lisa shared an image of herself covered in mud while enjoying a mud bath.

The journalist also posed a video while zip lining through a rainforest.

‘Mud bath anyone? Back from hols after a week of healthy food, fresh air, mountain walks, rockpool swims, new friends, lots of reading, no internet, yes, baking in mud, and even jumping off cliffs (ok, a small hillside) in QLD’s stunning Currumbin Valley. So good for the soul,’ she wrote.
