And Jessica Rowe showcased her famous abs on Tuesday while soaking up the summer sun at Parsley Bay Reserve in Vaucluse, Sydney.

The mother of two, 51, drew attention to her washboard stomach in a stylish pink bikini by Romance Was Born.

She accessorised her swimwear with an oversized hat by milliner Sarah Curtis.

Jessica previously showcased her toned body when she stripped down for Channel Seven’s The Real Dirty Dancing in 2019.

She maintains her sensational figure by following a regular fitness schedule and eating mostly healthy foods – but does admit she’s naturally skinny.

‘I am skinny. Always have been, always will be. And no, I don’t have an eating disorder. But thanks for rudely asking anyway,’ she said in 2013.

Jessica said in June last year she eats takeaway once a week, snacks on chocolate each night, has a glass of wine or two on the weekend and isn’t afraid to eat carbs. 

She does two Pilates classes a week for ‘strength and toning’.

‘Make it about balance. Eat healthy most of the time, but then don’t forget to treat yourself,’ she said. 

Jessica said she never ‘obsesses’ over portion sizes and often enjoys a breakfast of toast or porridge or an almond croissant. 

She has a sandwich for lunch, followed by dinner which is usually chicken schnitzel or spaghetti bolognese.

Jessica also never speaks to her daughters, Allegra and Giselle, about ‘not fitting into things’ to ensure they have a positive relationship with their bodies growing up.

‘I talk about bodies being strong powerful and capable of doing amazing things,’ she said. 

‘Girls learn from watching and listening to us talk about food and our bodies. They are our sponges, so I am always very mindful how I talk about myself.’
