Millie Court got candid about her skin troubles as she shared an untouched snap.
The Love Island winner, 25, took to Instagram to bravely post a photo going makeup free while on holiday in the Maldives.
She looked gorgeous and flaunted her glowing tan in a plunging white dress that showed off a hint of cleavage.
Stunning: Millie Court has got candid about her skin troubles by sharing an untouched snap
Captioning the post she penned: ‘Stripped back. I feel quite proud of myself for posting these photos today. A completely untouched photo of me. A year ago I would never have dreamed of even walking out of the house without makeup on, let alone taking a photo and putting it on the gram for everyone to see.’
She went on: ‘As some of you may know, I’ve struggled with adult acne and it was the thing I was most insecure and self conscious about.
‘I’ve been through a lot of different skin care and treatments and I thought it would never get better, so it feels amazing to be at this point and look at this picture of myself and how far I’ve come.

She shared some advice for her fans about how to take care of their skin, adding: ‘It wasn’t an easy journey, nor a quick one, and what worked for me may not work for you. That’s the most annoying thing about skincare, it’s not a one size fits all.
‘But all I can say is do your research, speak to professionals, persevere… don’t give up because one day you will find something that works for you, like I did.
‘I think my skin also loves me on holiday, something about it I don’t know what, but it always seems to clear up in the sun and sea. No doubt about it, when I get back home my skin will break out again like it did over Christmas but I guess that’s just something I have to deal with now – random breakouts every now and then.

Millie went on to warn her followers not to be taken in by the flawless images of people on Instagram.
She said: ‘Don’t be fooled by Instagram either, this is my good side – I have a couple of marks, deep scars and 2 spots on my other side, but to see that one side is clear is enough for me and a huge difference to what it was a year ago!’
‘There’s a lot of photos on my Instagram (especially pre love island and in the year I was struggling with it the most) where I’ve smoothed out my skin, or edited spots out… we’re all guilty of it and we all want to post the best versions of ourselves on Instagram.
‘So for those who sometimes forget, Instagram is a filtered life and even though it looks like everyone on Instagram may have perfect skin, I bet you they probably don’t, and that is perfectly normal.’
‘Our flaws are what makes us who we are, nobody is perfect.. and one of my flaws is my skin. But that’s what makes me, me.’
It comes after Millie hit back at trolls who sent her ‘abusive messages’ after Covid ruined her New Year’s Eve plans in Dubai.
The blonde beauty revealed that Liam had tested ‘presumptive’ positive meaning they had to isolate in their hotel room for three days before being given the all clear.
Opening up: Captioning the post she penned: ‘Stripped back. I feel quite proud of myself for posting these photos today. A completely untouched photo of me’
But Millie was forced to hit back at ‘negative’ trolls after she was flooded with messages slamming the couple for holidaying during a pandemic.
She wrote on Instagram in response: ‘I don’t normally post things like this but just feel the need to right now.
‘I’m sorry I didn’t realise I wasn’t allowed to write why I’ve been quiet on social media and that were upset as to what had happened on our holiday? I’m sure if the same thing had happened to you, you would be gutted too?
‘Please don’t message me abusive messages, and if you are not happy with my page or my content, then don’t follow me. Simple as that.’
Advice: Millie went on the warn her followers not to be taken in by the flawless images of people on Instagram
She then explained that being a social influencer requires them to share the highs and lows of their life – and defended her choice to update fans about Liam testing positive for Covid.
Millie continued: ‘I’m trying to not let negative people affect me because I am a positive person and we’re trying to make the best out of a sh***y situation.
‘If you hadn’t already realised but with our job being on Instagram we have to be very transparent and I was simply telling you all the experience we’ve had the past 2 days.
‘I’m sure we’re spending NYE isolating like a lot of other people in the world, which is sad that we’re all having to experience that and aren’t spending it with someone of other loved ones.
‘Granted there are people who are in a lot worse situation than us right now, we know that but that doesn’t mean we’re not allowed to be upset and also explain why we won’t be uploading content – seeing as this is our job.’
Millie continued to blast the trolls and urged them to be ‘nicer and less negative’ in future.
She added: ‘I am very lucky and grateful that I have Liam here with me and as long as we have each other, that is all that matters.
‘Hopefully some people will enter 2022 nicer, less negative people…’
