Mark Wahlberg demonstrates massage gun that co-star Tom Holland mistook for 'self-pleasure' device

Mark Wahlberg showed off his sculpted torso in a sizzling shirtless Instagram video where he demonstrated a massage gun.

He recently gave just such a massage gun as a gift to his co-star Tom Holland – who went viral when he admitted that he initially mistook it for a ‘self-pleasure’ device.

Now in his new video Mark, 50, held up the device and assured Tom in a mock stern voice that it was ‘for muscle recovery, nothing else!’

Mark could be seen flaunting his chiseled physique as he removed the massage gun from its case and let the camera get a good look at it.

‘Mr. Tom Holland! You see this? Power Plate Pulse – this is a massage tool for muscle recovery, nothing else!’ insisted the smoldering beefcake.

He was joined in the video by a silver fox with an English accent who was on hand to help him demonstrate the relaxation device.

The man made a joke about not knowing ‘where your patients have been,’ prompting Mark to admonish him: ‘Keep it clean.’

He then told the ‘doc’ that he had been ‘swinging the club way too hard,’ so he needed the massage gun applied to his shoulder.

The shirtless heartthrob sat down and let the white-haired gentleman press the vibrating contraption into him from behind.

Tom had no shortage of awkward Hollywood moments in his 25 years and he just revealed one more to add to the list.

Tom revealed the details around an uncomfortable car ride with Mark after believing the 50-year-old actor had given him a ‘self-pleasure’ massager out of the blue.

Holland recalled his confusion during an interview with his Uncharted co-star on Access Hollywood, prompting Wahlberg to admonish the young star to get his mind ‘outta the gutter.’

‘Essentially Mark Wahlberg was kind enough to give me a massage gun after I left his house in LA and he drove me back to my hotel,’ Holland explained in a clip.

‘I was confused as to what kind of massage gun this was, having never seen one before … and I thought it was the type of self-pleasure,’ he continued through laughs.

Adding: ‘I thought Mark Wahlberg was driving me back to my house for other reasons than just being a gentleman. I didn’t know you, it’s Hollywood baby … who knows what’s going to happen.’

Mark appeared generally unimpressed by Holland’s anecdote but his deadpan response seemed to be for comedic effect.

Appearing from separate locations, Wahlberg explained that while they were hanging out the pair of stars had been ‘talking about fitness’ and recovery.

The actor works with the company Power Plate, which he says has the ‘best massage guns’ around.

‘I wanna gift you one. This would be great for your recovery and everything else,’ he recollected thinking at the time.

‘I can’t believe the whole time you were thinking that,’ an exasperated Mark said, adding: ‘Gotta get your head outta the gutter, buddy.’
