Former Married at First Sight star turned influencer Martha Kalifatidis sure knows a thing or two about beauty and skincare. 

And on Wednesday, the former makeup artist revealed some of her best beauty tips and tricks with fans, including how to get rid of dark circles under the eye. 

Martha, 33, also shared some of her favourite products and showed off her beauty haul worth thousands.

In a Q&A with fans, Martha said that one of the only effective ways to get rid of dark under-eye circles is through the use of fillers. 

‘Hate to be the bearer of bad news but there is truly no topical products that will function as well as an injectable or a surgery,’ Martha said. 

‘Filler will give you an instant result, but it is still important to use a good eye cream to maintain the integrity of the skin around the eye.’

Martha also recommend some ‘serious skincare’ and clinic treatments for fans dealing with acne scarring.

She also said trying niacinamide, or vitamin B3, for people with big pores. 

Martha also recommended fans look after their skin with SPF and advised that they apply any skincare products on their face, neck and chest. 

‘Also our neck and chest show signs of ageing just as our face does That’s why I always say don’t forget your neck,’ Martha said.

She also said when applying products, use thin products first. 

‘Simply put, thin serums go first then creams and oils last,’ she said. 

Inside Martha’s skincare cupboards were products including Advanced Night Repair by Estée Lauder, worth $130, a moisturiser from La Mer worth upwards of $130, a Dermalogica daily microfoliant worth $71.

She said some of her favourite go-to products are more budget friendly and include Olay’s Retinol 24, which retails for $29, MAAEMO’s $54 Fruit Enzyme Refiner and the brand’s Elimination Mask $54.

Martha, who rose to fame on Married At First Sight back in 2019, previously told Beauty Crew about her approach to beauty. 

‘Really just listen to your skin, it’s a great communicator. It tells you what’s going on inside! Beauty starts inside,’ she said.
