A far cry from Ramsay Street! Neighbours star Ryan Moloney lists his four-bedroom Mornington Peninsula home with a swimming pool and stables for $8million
Neighbours legend Ryan Moloney and his wife Alison have listed their luxurious Mornington Peninsula estate with a price guide of $7.5million to $8million.
Ryan has been playing Jarrod ‘Toadfish’ Rebecchi on Neighbours since 1995 – but his four-bedroom pad is a far cry from his character’s humble home on Ramsay Street.
The property, which sits on 10.7 acres, features a swimming pool, gym, half-sized basketball court, barn, riding arena and stables, reports realestate.com.au.

Unlike life on the fictional cul-de-sac, the completely private home boasts rolling land for miles, ensuring no nosy Neighbours can get a look in.
The combined lounge and kitchen area boasts an outpouring of natural light from the full-length windows.
Sliding glass doors lead out to the pool and firepit area with built-in seating, making it ideal for entertaining guests.

There’s a master an en-suite with a huge dressing room, and a study with built-in desk to work from home.
The bathroom features his-and-hers sinks and a standalone bath, perfect for relaxing with a view of the sprawling property.
Homes and Acreage director Grant Perry told the publication that the area will ‘really appeal’ to someone with horses, thanks to its oversized horse shelters a 60x20m riding arena.
‘You can ride straight out from the property down to Balnarring Beach, where you are allowed to ride on the beach,’ Mr Perry said.
According to CoreLogic, the couple have owned the sprawling farm since 2015.
