And on Tuesday, Chloe Madeley, 35, took to Instagram where she revealed how very toned her midriff was just three weeks after giving birth, as she shared a series of jaw-dropping before and after photos alongside a very lengthy caption.
The new mum – who is now six weeks postpartum – posted snaps documenting how her body has changed, and admitted that she feels ‘lonely and jealous’ and also can’t imagine ‘feeling sexy again,’ but praised her ‘incredible’ husband.

Chloe posed both front-on and side-on for the photographs, and shared shots of her at 40 weeks pregnant, as well as one-two weeks and three-four weeks after the birth.
In a post so lengthy, she had to continue in the comments section, Chloe told her followers: ‘If you’ve just had a baby, some things over learned include: Some days you don’t know how you’re even going to finish writing a text, let alone work or go for a walk (still there).
‘The bleeding and the breast leakage can get so tiresome that you cry because you just want to sit with nothing on for a few minutes (still there)! You can’t ever imagine feeling sexy again (still there).
‘Sometimes you just sit and stare even though you have a f**k ton of work to do (still there). You look at other women in nice normal clothes and rocket launch into undiluted envy. F**k it, jealousy. I’m jealous ok.

‘Your life changes close to 100%. Your partners closer to 50%. Even when they are INCREDIBLE like mine is. It can get lonely.’
The bulk of her main caption consisted of Chloe explaining her fitness journey leading up to the birth of her daughter and in the six weeks following.
The personal trainer penned: ‘6 weeks PP and slowly building back up to strength, fitness and nutritional health.
‘This post reflects MY journey so far, and every step of said journey has been instructed and green lit after being assessed by 2 separate physiotherapists. One of whom has been treating me for years and knows me and my body very well, the other a Women’s Health Physio who has been treating me since week 36 of my pregnancy (I made it to week 41).
‘YOUR journey might (likely will) look entirely different. No 2 pregnancies, childbirths or postnatal recoveries will look the same. I highly recommend if you have just had a baby that you seek out a Women’s Health Physio before resuming any activity at all.

‘Towards the end of my pregnancy, from about week 37, I stopped training. While my pelvic floor remained strong throughout my pregnancy, it was actually overactive and as I wanted a vaginal birth, I decided to step away from lifting and PF exercises altogether.
‘When I was discharged from hospital after an emergency C-Section, I was green lit 5-10minute daily walks and encouraged to climb a set of stairs once a day, for 2 weeks.
‘In week 3 I went to physio and was given PF and TVA workouts (scroll to see what I mean by ‘workout’, crawl before you walk never felt so real!). I also increased my daily walks up to 20mins per day.
‘Now I’m into week 6, and my incision has finally stopped aching (who knew that’d take so long?!) I’ve started body weight and balance exercises, i will film these but imagine standing versions of my PF TVA clips.

‘I’m also aiming for a weekly step count and nutritional intake now, too. It’s going really well.
‘You’re not meant to upload your personal journey as a coach, people think it sets a bad example to what EVERYONE should be doing.
‘I disagree. I think it’s helpful for clients to see they’re not weak or noncommittal, we’re all human and we all have to build on healthy habits over time before we look or feel the part.
‘I also remembered this was how I got into this business, a passion for body transformation of any and all kinds, and journeys of my own I got great pleasure from. So I’m bringing it back.’

Chloe announced their happy baby news in August by sharing a sweet snap of her daughter’s hand, while revealing the baby was born on Wednesday.
The TV personality wrote: ‘We are delighted to welcome to the world our daughter. We are utterly besotted and beaming with pride. Our baby girl was born Wednesday morning, 10/08/22, 8.36am.’
Chloe revealed she was expecting her first child with a sweet Instagram post in February, with a picture of her ultrasound as she posed with her mother Judy Finnigan, 73, and held up a pink onesie.
James also appeared on GMB – alongside Chloe’s father Richard who was presenting – to make the announcement at the same time, where he joked he hopes the baby ‘has her mother’s looks’ and said to Richard he would ‘be a grandad once again’.
The couple married in an intimate ceremony held at Berkshire’s All Saints Church on December 15, 2018.
