Sally Dynevor gives Dancing On Ice skating partner Matt Evers a farewell hug after the wrap party

Sally Dynevor gave skating partner Matt Evers a farewell hug on Monday morning, after the Dancing On Ice cast celebrated the series finale with a boozy bash the evening before.

The Coronation Street actress, 58, was the sixth celebrity eliminated alongside the show’s long-time professional Matt, 46, and the pair embraced in the sunshine as the cast said their goodbyes after departing their hotel.

On her departure from the show in late February, the soap star said: ‘I have had the time of my life. I’ve loved doing this show, it’s been brilliant. Matt, honestly I couldn’t have got through this with you, you’ve been such a strength to me. I’m going to miss you so much. We’ll stay friends.’

Sally, dressed casually in a black long-sleeve top and jeans, looked on cloud nine despite the end of the era and pulled her daughter Hattie, 18, in for a group hug.

This series’ gracious runner-up Brendan Cole, who lost out to performer Regan Gascoigne in the final, had plenty of luggage in tow as he bundled up in a navy coat for his exit.

Rachel Stevens nailed spring chic in a sleeveless cardigan, plain tee and jeans and ensured she said goodbye to skating partner Brendyn Hatfield.
