Bumping along nicely! Pregnant Tammy Hembrow, 27, flaunted her blossoming baby bump as she posed for a series of loved-up mirror selfies with fiancé Matt Poole
‘Still can’t believe she has two extra fingers like I did,’ she wrote before asking fans: ‘Did you guys watch the YouTube video of our scan?’
Tammy showed off her famous figure in a grey crop top and matching tracksuit pants while Matt opted to go shirtless.
It comes after the heavily pregnant influencer shared her latest ultrasound in a video posted to YouTube, and said her baby has 12 fingers.

Tammy was born with the same rare genetic mutation, which is called Polydactyly.
‘We just saw the little baby, and the surprise was that she has 12 fingers, like me, like her mummy,’ Tammy said in the video, in which she is seated in a car next to the baby’s father, her fiancé Matt, 33.
Tammy further explained that her sisters, mother and brother also had the mutation, but that her first two children, son Wolf, six, and daughter Saskia, five, who she shares with ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins, 26, did not.
Condition: It comes after the heavily pregnant influencer shared her latest ultrasound in a video posted to YouTube on Sunday, and said her baby has 12 fingers
Genetics: Last year Tammy shared a rare photo of herself as a baby that showed the additional digit on her hand. She revealed a scan showed her new baby girl will have Polydactyly
‘Amy and Emilee had extra fingers when they were born as well, and so did my little brother. So did my mum. It runs in my family,’ she said.
‘It skips a few people, like it skipped Wolf and Sass, but this baby has 12 fingers. Isn’t it crazy?’

In the genes: She also noted the mutation ‘runs in her family’, with her older sisters Emilee (right) and Amy (left), as well as their mother and grandmother born with extra fingers. Pictured in the centre is the trio’s younger half-sister Starlette
The fitness mogul wrote in the caption: ‘Found this pic of my hand when I was a baby lol, count the fingers.’
‘Me and my older sisters were all born with extras,’ she added, referring to her siblings Amy and Emilee.
Tammy followed that with a video of her manicured hand now, and wrote: ‘Only five fingers now lol my extra fingers where chopped off when I was born.’
Skipped: Her son Wolf, six, and daughter Saskia, five, (both pictured) who she shares with ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins, 26, do not have the mutation
She said: ‘I was actually born with two extra fingers’ and added that her two extra fingers were ‘chopped off’ soon after she was born.
Tammy explained the additional digits were attached to her little fingers on each hand and had nails – but were completely boneless.

What is Polydactyly?
Polydactyly is the condition which results in people having extra fingers or toes.
The extra digit is usually a piece of soft tissue that can be easily removed.
Occasionally it contains bones, but the excess finger(s) is rarely functioning.
The condition affects only a small portion of the population, and is believed to be inherited from a dominant gene, or can be a syndrome.
Famous people with the condition include comedian Drew Carey and American baseball player Antonio Alfonseca
