The actress, 44, waved at Naomi Foner, 76, as she got into a taxi after the two grabbed some food in the city.
Maggie looked classy in a white button-up blouse and chic black culottes, which she paired with leather loafers.

Last month Maggie attended the 74th Annual DGA Awards with her husband Peter Sarsgaard, 51, in Beverly Hills.
She earned an Outstanding Directing – First-Time Feature Film nomination for her directorial debut The Lost Daughter, which she’d go on to win later in the night.
The well-received film, which she also produced and wrote – starring her husband alongside powerhouses including Olivia Colman and Dakota Johnson – was nominated for and won a series of awards after premiering in 2021.
