Tim and Anna Robards reduce price for their Rose Bay home by $1MILLION

Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich have reduced the price of their apartment in Sydney’s Rose Bay after failing to find a buyer for the property.

The couple had listed the home on the market in December, with an asking price of $3.45million.

But after failing to secure a buyer for the property, Tim and Anna have dropped the price to $2.6million ahead of its September 15 auction, realestate.com.au reported.

The three-bedroom property has spectacular harbour views and features open-plan kitchen and dining, which leads out to a balcony.

In an interview with Daily Mail Australia in December, Tim admitted selling the Rose Bay apartment was bittersweet.

‘We’re not in a mad rush to sell, but we’re having a look at whether the market wants it for what we want to sell. We love the area, so it’s going to be hard to move,’ he said.

It comes after Tim and Anna sold their three-bedroom townhouse in Murarrie, Queensland for $730,000 in November last year.

A month later, they sold their four-bedroom townhouse in Richlands for $450,000, making the Aspley townhouse their last Brisbane property.

The couple, who share daughter Elle, have made Sydney their permanent base in recent years.
