‘So, that’s probably something I’m working on now and it makes you think about yourself and what you want and how to behave. It’s definitely a lot of self-thought that goes into it.

‘And I guess for other people they are running to a relationship, which has never been my thing. So, we’re all different. This is how I work and function, and I’m OK with it.’

She added: ‘When life changes, you’ve got to know when to change. You can’t hold on to either a relationship or the singleness. You have to be able to move at the time – and even if you don’t want to or aren’t ready, you’ve just got to go with it.’

However, the two parted ways in 2019.

Venus has previously spoken about how she doesn’t feel the need to get married or settle down in her future.

She told Cosmopolitan in 2021: ‘I have a lot of friends who don’t believe me when I say that I like my life and I don’t want to change it for any reason.

‘I’m not desperate and they don’t believe me. They say things like, ‘You’re going to miss your window.’ I’m like, ‘Please, relax. You might feel this way, but I don’t. I promise you I don’t.’
