‘I’m sure you’ve guessed by my little tiny tears reaction there that that is probably the direction I want to go.’
Taking the plunge: Vicky revealed last month that she is freezing her eggs after deciding she would like to have children with fiancé Ercan Ramadan
Her candid update comes after Vicky revealed last month that she was looking to take the next step of growing their family in the future, deciding to begin freezing her eggs.
The media personality explained that despite previously not wanting children, she’s had a change of heart and is in a place where she would like to be a mum in the future.
In a candid Instagram post, the former Geordie Shore star detailed her journey taking the first step towards egg freezing at London Women’s Clinic earlier in the day.
Tests: She decided to take the first step last month, attending London Women’s Clinic earlier in the day
Medical visit: The range of snaps included three of her at the clinic, showing her experience throughout the visit as she underwent medical tests and examinations
She shared a carousel of pictures from her day, including a stripped-back selfie where she flashed a warm smile.
The snaps also included three of her at the women’s clinic, showing her experience throughout the visit as she underwent a ‘health MOT’ including medical tests and examinations.
In the post, Vicky explained her that growing up and meeting Ercan has made her aspire to be a mother, writing: ‘The late nights & bar hopping didn’t do it for me anymore.. I wanted something more from life. I also met someone I love who makes me feel safe & secure & who I know will be a good dad.’
Change of heart: In the lengthy post, Vicky explained her that growing up and meeting Ercan has made her aspire to be a mother – admitting a lot has changed in the past few years
‘Then little Mavie came into my life- a tiny person who has shown me the terrifying amount of love I am capable of feeling for someone,’ she explained – referring to her niece Mavie.
But while Vicky has decided she wants children, she revealed that it’s not the right time for her and Ercan to have children at the moment – so is deciding to freeze her eggs so they have more time for when it is right.

Candid: She shared a candid insight into the experience, aiming to shed light and support on the topic for her followers
But three years on, the star explained that the reason she has only now just taken the plunge was out of fear.
‘I know I’ve talked about doing this for awhile & I think the only explanation I can give for waiting so long was because I was scared,’ she shared.
Continuing: ‘I think I thought that starting this process meant accepting that I probably wouldn’t be having children anytime soon- which even though I know is 110% the right thing for us & our relationship right now- was none the less a difficult pill to swallow.’
Teary: In an accompanying story, she shared that it was a teary visit – but the doctor was helpful and understood
She assured her fans that the visit went well, with no irregularities – vowing to keep her 5million followers updated as she makes her way through the process.
Vicky jested that she was ‘a bit of a twat’ during her twenties, referencing an appearance on Loose Women where she said she didn’t want ‘the traditional husband and kids’ or ‘what women are supposed to want’.
During the 2017 appearance, then-single Vicky explained that if she were to meet a man, she would be upfront and say that ‘kids aren’t in my plan’, looking for the same from them.
But after her change of heart, she offered support to women going through a similar situation, encouraging them to book an appointment at a fertility clinic.
Ending: ‘It can be scary but knowledge is power after all & we all deserve the future we envision for ourselves.’
