Vogue Williams won't stop her intense fitness regime as she prepares for baby no3

Pregnant Vogue Williams will continue her intense fitness regime right up until she gives birth and reveals husband Spencer Matthews wants another three children.

The Irish TV presenter, 36, is expecting her third child in three years with the former Made In Chelsea star, 33, who she married in June 2018.

In an exclusive interview with MailOnline, Vogue insists she feels ‘body confident’ with her eight-month baby bump after being inspired by superstar Rihanna’s ‘pregnancy style’ and says expectant mothers shouldn’t cover up.

Vogue said: ‘Someone asked me yesterday when I will stop training and I said, “Well it depends on what I’m doing the day when I give birth.” I’ll be training right up until the very end because I think if you feel up to it then you might as well do it.

‘I wouldn’t train if I didn’t feel like it, so I judge it like that. I never regret a training session. I have trained for so long I know what I can and can’t do when I’m pregnant.

‘I do a lot of weights – that’s the funny thing as well, people will see you picking up a bag and they’re like “don’t do that” and I’m thinking “I was just squatting weights, I am able to pick up the bag.” I can kind of still sit in the exercise bike but it’s a little uncomfortable, so it’s mainly weights and resistance bands now.

‘I feel body confident. Rihanna is the best and I love what she’s doing. Pregnancy style can be cool, you shouldn’t feel like you have to cover up and Rihanna has been brilliant in that and I love her pregnancy style.’

Vogue, who’s already a mum to Theodore, three, and one-year-old Gigi, says Spencer longs for more children and would happily continue adding to their brood.

She said: ‘Spencer would go for four children. I have to be pregnant so he leaves the decision to me, but he would be happy with five or six but no thanks. We won’t be doing that!

‘I’m not sure this pregnancy will be my last because I have suction bagged all of Gigi’s clothes and I thought “Why am I doing that?”

‘My intention with all her clothes was to sell them to charity and I haven’t done that, and they are girl’s clothes and I’m not having a girl… I will leave it an extra year and then I’ll decide.

‘Of course, it is a little bit daunting to have three, but our house is never quiet anyway, so we’re used to being up at 6:30am every day and we’re embracing the madness and I like that it’s happening all at once.’

While the podcaster is a keen runner and maintains her impress fitness levels by doing weight and resistance training, as well as working out on an exercise bike, Vogue insists she won’t put any ‘pressure’ on herself to ‘bounce back’ after giving birth to her third child.

Vogue, who hopes to have a natural birth as she did with Theodore and Gigi, says she aims to look after her body and spend time recovering before she intensifies her regime.

She said: ‘I wouldn’t put pressure on myself to get my body back and as well if you’re breastfeeding, you must be careful about what you eat, and I’ve never been one to diet.

‘I try being as healthy as I can but when you’re breastfeeding all you want to do is eat cake and I don’t know what it is, you just need the sugar.

‘I had a good birth after Gigi and I got back on the bike again quite quickly, but weights take a little longer, I would be weary of doing weights before a month so looking after my body first is more important to me rather than getting straight back into training.

‘I would love to have a natural birth again and to just go in and I love an epidural so I’m hoping there’s time for that, but you can’t really have a plan.’

Vogue has teamed up with Hotels.com ahead of Mother’s Day on Sunday after the travel website discovered that Brits are keener than ever to whisk their mums away this year, with searches up by almost a quarter since pre-pandemic 2019.

TV star Vogue is no stranger to holidaying with her mum Sandra, admitting the pair often jet off together and the occasion is more memorable now they’re both mums.

Vogue said: ‘I love travelling and some of my favourite memories are with my mum. Being able to holiday together as an adult is something I really value, particularly now I’m a mother myself.

‘I know how precious these memories are to me and my family – so it was no surprise to me that Hotels.com found that 61 per cent of those taking ‘Mummi-breaks’ say that going away with their mum has given them a special bond.

‘My mum lives in Spain now but we always holidayed there and even going down to holiday where she lives it’s always so lovely.

‘Some holiday destinations you go to you don’t know anything about so you go and explore and I love doing that with her as well but I really love going to her place, we know the restaurants, shops, and beach place and we have such a chilled time.’
