Mum, 37, reveals how a six week challenge completely transformed her body: ‘It’s the fittest I’ve ever been’

A young mum has described how completing a six week Pilates challenge got her in the best shape of her life – and she’s ready to do it again.
Hayley Moody, 37, first came across instructor Kirsten King’s studio Fluidform more than two years ago when a friend invited her to test out one of the in-person classes in Sydney.
When she moved to Forster, 3.5 hours north of the studio she attended, Hayley was still looking for her Pilates fix – and it came in the form of King’s online presence Fluidform At Home.
‘When we moved to Forster there were no Pilates options here, I loved it right away and was addicted,’ she told FEMAIL.

She completed one of King’s many Pilates ‘challenges’ which ran for six weeks – Fluidform Your Body – and documented that it was the fittest she’s ever been.
‘My body was the best it has been for years, strong and toned. My pregnancy (apart from long lasting morning sickness) was great after I finished it. I was able to surf until the day before my son was born and had an amazing birth as I was confident in my body this time around,’ the mum-of-two said.
‘I am currently just getting back into it as my second son is six weeks old. So I am starting gently with the postpartum workouts. When I am 100 per cent I like to do a Fluidform workout five days a week and between 20-40 mins (depending on my kids on that day).

Fluidform will be releasing its second version of the Fluidform Your Body challenge on July 18, which comes with all the necessary equipment, workouts and meal plans you need to succeed.
Kirsten King is responsible for training the likes of Pip Edwards, Georgia Fowler, Elle Ferguson and Nicole Warne and insists no studio like hers exists anywhere else in the world.
And although you once had to visit the Pilates pro at one of her Fluidform studios, Kirsten has now launched FluidForm at Home programs that allow you to perform her workouts from the comfort of your living room.
Costing clients $35 per month for a three month membership or $20 a month for 12 months, the program offers access to online workouts, resistance bands, sliders and a ball and an ‘intimate’ experience that will lead to ‘the results you’ve always dreamed of’.
And all you need is 20 minutes per day.

‘I’m a strong believer in consistent, regular movement. Moving your body for just 20 to 30 minutes each day is much more beneficial than working out for an hour once or twice a week,’ Kirsten told FEMAIL previously.
‘This is what I practice personally between juggling work and home – I’ve found that as long as I get 20 minutes a day in, I can keep my body in good condition and functioning well.’
Kirsten said the digital program can be done whenever and wherever clients want and insists it’s easy to fit into any schedule – no matter how demanding.
‘The program offers a mix of 30 – 40 minute total body workouts and targeted mini blasts which focus around certain areas of your body such as abs, arms or your glutes,’ she said.
‘There are a series of calendars to follow which are designed to change your body within four weeks – seeing the change keeps you motivated!’
When it comes to diet, Kirsten advises against any program focused on losing weight.
‘I’m a strong believer in creating a meal plan for yourself that doesn’t focus on weight loss but instead, on building healthy habits and growing your knowledge of what food your body needs to function at its best,’ Kirsten said.
